Responsibility is limited to damage directly caused by proven negligence during the work.
I am not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, deterioration over time or indirect losses.

Items supplied by the customer are installed with care, but I cannot guarantee their suitability, compatibility or long term performance.
If supplied items are faulty, incomplete or unsuitable, additional labour may be chargeable.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of booking.
If site conditions differ significantly from what was described, I will discuss any necessary price adjustments before continuing.
Time based work is charged for the actual time spent, including preparation and tidy up.

If I am unable to start or continue work due to access issues, missing materials or unsafe conditions, time may still be chargeable.
Rearranged visits may incur an additional call out charge.

8. Health and Safety
I reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to health.
